The guidebooks said the caves were uninhabited. They were wrong.

When you know, you know, the romance novels said. Looking into each other’s eyes, they knew.

The typing, always the typing, clattering keys keeping me from sleep, from rest, from life. In the luxurious penthouse apartment, the world renowned writer slowly descended into madness.
